EFYN is a nonprofit organization working at the intersection of youth justice, healing, and creative expression. We empower incarcerated and at-risk youth through collaborative mural-making, mentorship with positive male role models, and intentional community-building.
We are seeking grants, sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships to expand this critical work and reach more young people in need of hope and opportunity.
What We Do
EFYN’s model is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves a future—not defined by their mistakes, but by their potential. We focus on three interconnected areas:
Collaborative Mural-Making
Youth co-create public murals in facilities and community spaces, using visual storytelling as a powerful tool for healing, reflection, and identity-building.
Mentorship with Positive Role Models
We match youth with trusted mentors who have lived experience and serve as real-life examples of personal transformation and resilience.
Community Engagement
We bring together educators, artists, community leaders, and families to create supportive networks that continue beyond release.
